Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): snowblower, craftsman model, snow blower

Question
I bought a brand new snow blower from sear, it is 5.25 torq craftsman, model number 52435. The first try is on Feb. 1, 2008, it is not working good keep feel like engine is going off, and the cord to be pulled to restart the engine is stuck can not pull, so I took it back to sears for check up, the technician's answer is "there is no oil" but we did put the oil in and even check the indicator to see it is full. I want to get the second opinion what is happen to the oil we put in?  Please help!

Answer
Hello Ching:

Where Did you Add the Oil to the Crankcase? I had a Customer Accidently Added Oil and thought They were Adding it to the Crankcase. They Showed Me and then saw the Fill Tue was Not Properly Installed Into the Engine. They had Poured the Oil Onto the Frame and Never Saw the Leak. I Know, Sounds Wierd. I would have Thought they would have Sen the Quart of Oil Pouring onto the Frame. The Swear they Did Not See the Oil. Thanks.
