Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Snow King 10/29 Snow Blower wont go, sprocket teeth, snow thrower

Question
QUESTION: Mower starts and throws snow and works if pushed manually, but lost the sel-propel ability.  It was making a clicking noice while pushing it when it was not started.  Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

ANSWER: Hello Mark:

Send me the Model Numbers Off the Unit, Please. With these I can Locate the Proper Manual and Better Assist you. I Require the Model Numbers to Determine the Type of Ground Drive this Unit Uses. Thanks.

QUESTION: Thanks for the response John. The blower is a Snow King (MURRAY) MODEL 629104X89C DUAL STAGE SNOW THROWER (2001).  I found a parts list at http://www.outdoordistributors.com/pdf/Murray/MURRAY-MODEL-629104X89C-DUAL-STAGE(2001)-PARTS-LIST.pdf but it's all Greek to me.  I appreciate the time you've taken to answer me.

Answer
Hello Again Mark:

Go to this Site Addy, http://www.smallenginepartswarehouse.com/parts.asp and Select Shop Online Parts Look Up. Then Select the Model Tab. Then Select the OEM (Murray) and Enter the Model Numbers (629104X89C). Then Double Click on your Model in the Results Area. Then Select the Section of the Unit you Wish to View. This Site has the Breakdown of the Unit in a Different Format and May be Easier to Understand. Select the Drive File. Check the Drive Chain and be Sure it has Not Broken or Jumped Off the Sprockets. The Clicking Noise May have Been the Chain Riding Up on the Sprocket Teeth Due to Stretch or a BAd Bushing/Bearing Holding One of the Shafts in Line. Check the Bearings/Bushings for the Drive Also. If you Hit a Snag or this Does Not Correct the Problem,  I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Hope this Helps. Let me Know What Happens, Please. May the All Mighty Bless You and Yours. Thanks.

Good Luck
