Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): briggs replacement motor, horizontal shaft, vertical shaft

have a toro model 832 with a briggs model 190402,type 0754-01, code 1209061, threw and broke the rod, what can i use to replace this motor? have a tecumesh 8hp but without major mods it will be a pain..any thoughts?

Briggs Lists No Replacement Engine. They Suggest Rebuilding this Engine with Replacement Parts.
