Question
Where does the end of the spring on the drive cable attach?
My spring broke so would I be able to buy a replacement spring or does the entire drive cable ahve to be replaced? Also, when routing the cable, does it have to go between the drive shaft and the gear shaft?

The Yardworks is an MTD Brand Unit. The MTD Model Number is 31AE6B3H515. The Spring Comes with the Cable and Should be Routed as Installed at the Facrory. You can View a Breakdown/IPL of this Unit at this Site Addy, http://www.smallenginepartswarehouse.com/parts.asp and Select the Shop Online Parts Look Up. Then Select the Model Tab. Then Select the OEM and Enter the Model Numbers. Then Double Click on the Model in the Results Area. Now you can Select the Section of the Unit you Wish to View.
