Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): tecumseh engine, spec numbers, troybilt tiller

I have a troybilt tiller with a tecumseh engine.  I cannot find a serial # or model # to identify this engine.  I need a connecting rod and an assortment of parts. I believe it to be an L.
