Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): husky model 520 snowblower, girl freind, resently

Question
My girl freind resently purchased this model with electric start. I was over and used the snowblower only to find out that you have to push the dam thing even though it says self propelled on the blower housing. On the under neath side the wheels are not conected to the flywheel in any mater. I was realy suprised that this model due to the weight is not self propelled. was there some parts not installed?

Send me the Model Numbers Off the Unit, Please. With these I can Locate a Breakdown and Better Assist you. The Husky is a Bolens (MTD) Product. The Model Numbers Should be Similar to this Example; 31AE160-163. Thanks.
