Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): snowblower wont move, shear bolts, snow thrower

i started the blower craftman 9 hp 26in it moved then stoped there is a compartment that says spare shar bolt replacement is that something that has to do with the tranny i assume that it is easy to replace because it is on the machine what else should i check was working fine last year  thanks

Send me the Model Numbers Off the Snow Thrower, Please. With these I can Locate the Proper Manual and Better Assist you. The Shear Bolts are Usually for the Auger. Thanks.
