Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): fuel pump, facet electric fuel pump, electric fuel pump

I purchase a 17 hp intek briggs replacement engine. The engine was not equipped with a fuel pump, so i purchased a Facet electric fuel pump. the pressure from the electric fuel pump is 2-4 lbs. is this too much fuel pressure? I couldn't find specs on oem vacuum pumps

No, the Pump Pressure is Not to High for the Engine. The Pressure for Most Lawn Mowers is Between 2 to 7 psi for the Fuel Pump. Any 2 to 7 psi Elect Pump will Work. I Install the Electric Pumps on Mowers All the Time. If you Hit a Snag or this Does Not Correct the Problem, then I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Hope this Helps.
