Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): toro model 20016, assembly drawings, tecumseh engine

Question
after starting mower and cutting grass for about 10 or 15 minutes it starts to cut out and after a little bit it stops it seems as if it gets hot or something after i wait about 30 minutes it starts and i can finish cutting the lawn, some times i don't have any problems  i checked the gas and also use a fuel stabilizer.hope you have an answer.

Check the Gas Tank Cap and Ensure it is Venting the Tank. Operate the Mower Until the Engine Quits, then Immediately Check for Fire to the Plug. Remove the Spark Plug. Wrap a Wire Around the Threads and Attach the Other End of the Wire to the Engine Block Turn the Engine and See if the Plug Fires. If No, then Disconnect the Shut Off Wire  at the Throttle Control Bracket on the Engine First, Check for Fire at the Plug. If Still No Fire at the Plug; Then Disconnect the Shut Off Wire at the Coil/Solid State Ign (usually requires removal of the blower housing) and Check for Fire at the Plug. If No Fire at the Plug , then the Coil/Solid State Ign is Bad. The Coil/Solid State Ign to Flywheel Gap is .020in. On Some Model JD Engines, there is a Igniter that Goes Bad and Not the Coil. The Igniter is the Same as an Ignition Module. The Key is the 10 to 15 Minutes Running. This Usually Indicates a Bad Coil/Solid State Ign Problem or the Gas Tank is Building a Vacuum and Holding the Gas Flow Back from the Carburetor. Each of these takes About 10 to 20 Minutes to Occur.
