I need to replace the rear wheel adjustment arm.  I tried to but could not remove.  Is this more involved than originally though or am I missing something simple?

You can View a Breakdown/IPL of the Mower/Engine at this Site Addy, http://hayward.arinet.com/scripts/EmpartISAPI.dll?MF&app=ASP&lang=EN&TF=Mainfram... and Select the Catalog American Honda. Select the Lawn Mower File. Then Scroll Down to your Model Mower. Then Select the Rear Wheel File. This Should Help you Disassemble the Rear Wheel Assembly for the Replacement of the Adjustment Arm.
