Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Craftsman lawn mower parts, sears craftsmen, craftsman lawn mower

Hello John,
I have a Sears craftsmen lawn mower.
I need to buy the plastic rear wheel axle assembly part for both wheels.  The plastic assembly has broken and now the wheels keep falling off.
I can order these parts from the Sears 800 number or online, as they do not carry the parts in store but my question is:
Can I buy this part from somewhere other than Sears?
I really don't want to buy this way as I do not want to pay for shipping (which is almost as much as the part costs)
