Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): EX 1000 honda generator, arinet, honda generator

Where can I get a complete electrical parts list for this EX1000 Honda? The engine has spark and runs perfect with a part ( with #0.6 or 0.9)unplugged. I don't know the name of this part, but it is a rectangular black item abt. 2 in long 1 1/4in. wide and 3/4 in thick, with a ivory female plug containing two wires. It is connected in the on off part of the circuit. The generator doesn't have any output without it and once the engine is started , you can plug this part back in and the engine keeps running, still without any output. If you turn the motor off again it won't start until I disconnect this part again. That is why I think this part is the culprit.

If you Locate the Components and Give me the Breakdown Numbers I can Better Assist you.
