Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Briggs and Strattan 3.5 HP keeps stalling, engine model type, engine numbers

When I prime the engine it starts for 5 seconds then stalls. Not sure how to take apart carb to cleans. Doesn't appear to be a fuel filter to change. Not sure what to do.

If you have a pulsa-prime carburetor, there is a metal screen filter on the main fuel tube.  I need the engine model, type and code number to tell which carb you have.

Search the internet for carburetor cleaning or rebuilding and send me the engine numbers so I can look up your carb.
You problem is most likely caused by a dirty carburetor.
