Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): craftsman Weedeater fule line issue, fuel lines, model numbers

I have some issues with my weedeater running so I changed the fuel, plug, air cleaner.  It still only ran for one minute at a time. Then put my finger by the fuel lines and two if them came off the carb.  So I removed the choke plate and carb.  I inserted new fuel lines.  So here is my issue. Where do the lines go?  There are two lines coming from the tank (one larger then the other). Does the big one go to the outlet of the primer? Does the smaller one go to the bottom of the carb and the final line go from the top of the carb to the inlet of th primer bulb?  What is happening is the primer bulb when pressed in stays in? It does not pop back out.  I cleaned the carb also.  One more thing in the fule tank there is the filter and an inline slice.  which lines do they go on?
