Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Kohler 27 HP lawn mower, hp kohler, specification numbers

How do you get parts for a 27 HP Kohler caborator, we have installed a new on and when we spray gas into it with a spray can it will runs better but we have tried everything , new fuel filter, new fuel pump , straight out of a gas can but still it comes and goes , runs up then dies down , we need help BAD !!!!!!We can not get anyone to give us Kolers number to call them , we have (2) 27 HP Craftsman DGT6000 lawn mowers, Sears has been NO help at all or their parts dept. or techs , Thank you look foward to your reply !!!!

Send me the Model and Type (Specification) Numbers Off the Engine or the Model Numbers Off the Mower, Please. With these I can Locate the Proper Manual and Better Assist you. Is the Carburetor New? If Not, has the Carburetor been Cleaned? How is the Engine Operating? Is it Running and Idling Up and Down or is it Starting, Running for a Few Seconds and Quiting? Try to Explain Better How the Engine is Running, Please. You can Purchase Parts for the Carburetor from your Local Small Engine Service Center or from Outdoor Distributors @ 1-877-707-2787.
