Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): toro/wheel horse tiller installation, wheel horse, mower deck

Question
When our new neighbors bought their home, the previous owners left a toro 520H riding mower with plow and tiller attachments.  How do you install the tiller and does the mower deck have to be removed prior to installation?
