Has spark, getting gas to carb, starts when gas is injected in carb but won't continue to run.Drained old gas. New fuel line. Cleaned the carb in carb cleaner and blew out passages with air. New needle, gaskets float is ok. Not sure where else to go with this. Oh yes comperession seems to be weak. Hadn't put a gage on it. I appreciate any help you can give me. Thank you in advance Bob

Answer
Hello Bob:

If you Soaked the Carburetor Overnight in Carburetor Cleaner and are Sure the Carburetor is Clean, then Check the Compression. Low Compression means Low Suction and if the Cylinder Can Not Pull the Gas through the Carburetor Jets and Passages you have the Problem you Described. Are you Sure the Carburetor is Clean? Is the Head Gasket Blown? Is the Intake Gasket in Good Shape and Not Torn or Damaged? You can View a Breakdown/IPL of this Engine at this Site Addy, http://www.smallenginepartswarehouse.com/parts.asp and Select the Shop Online Parts Look Up. Then Select the Model Tab. Then Select the OEM and Enter the Model and Type Numbers (124702-3146). Then Double Click on the Model in the Results Area. Now you can Select the Section of the Engine you Wish to View. Hope this Helps. I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Let me Know What Happens, Please. Thanks.

Good Luck
