Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): L110 deck bolts wont come off, question pool, loosey

The bolts holding the spindle/housing on the left deck won't budge.  We've WD 40'd them, no luck.  Is is lefty loosey, righty tighty - or from some weird reason would you turn clockwise to loosen?

Sorry for the Delay. This Question was Located in the Question Pool. The Housings of the Spindles are Aluminum and the Bolts are Steel. Hit the Bolt Head with a Hammer to Jar the Bolt and Housing. If this Does Not Work, then Heat is the Only Other Way to Remove the Bolts. Heat the Spindle Housing Around the Bolts and Remove them with an Electric or Air Impact. Hope this Helps.
