Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): How to hook up governor linkage, pivot arm, throttle valve

Question
Toro 7-25 rear eng Model #56125
TECUMSEH ENGINE MODEL V70-125259E
Not sure how to hook up the the linkage?? Would appreciate any help. Here is what I think?
1.Pivot arm (governor link with spring) attaches to Governor arm. ??Is the pivot arm on the control assembly??
2.Solid Link (throttle link) attaches to governor arm and throttle on the carb. How?? Which hole on the throttle.

I did check out http://www.outdoordistributors.com but could not find diagram on hook-up..

Thanks again,

Mark

Answer
Hello Mark:

This has the Throttle Control Bracket Bolted On Top of the Carburetor. The Spring is Attached to the Lower Hole of the Governor Arm and to the Pivot on the Control Bracket. The Solid Link Goes from the Upper Hole in the Governor Arm to the Carburetor Throttle Valve Control Plate. The Carburetor to Governor Arm Link is Hooked Up Before the Carburetor is Bolted to the Engine. Tilt the Carburetor and Insert the Linkage Into the Throttle Control Plate, the Roll the Carburetor Upright and Bolt the Carburetor to the Engine. I am in the Process of Putting Pictures online at http://www.myspace.com/answerman54 I Hope to have them Posted by Friday 9/7/07. Hope this Helps. I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Let me Know What Happens, Please. Thanks.
