Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): fit engine, crankshaft diameter, briggs stratton engine

I'd like to know if a Briggs Stratton engine 12 id.nu:284707 could replace the 11hp engine in my John Deer 111 Lawnmower tractor.    Tks Andre

If the Crankshaft Diameter and Length are the Same as the Engine on the Mower, then it Should Replace it. The Mounting Bolt Pattern Should be the Same also. Hope this Helps. I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Let me Know What Happens, Please. Thanks.
