Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): PTO clutch Jacobsen, crankshaft diameter, center bolt

Question
Hello Nathan, I own a Homelite/jacobsen 42" rider lawn tractor. Recently the PTO burned up. (engage the PTO switch and the engine bogs down to stall)  So I removed the Electric PTO. but NO ONE can find me a replacement PTO.  Is there one made by Sten, Warner?  My model is UT-34004-B and the part # for the original PTO is JA-99037-8 (but may be off slighlty with the #)  Can you suggest a replacement?

      Thanks,  mike

Hi Nathan:

What is the Crankshaft Diameter and Lenght, Please. Is the PTO Free Floating (Held Onto the Crankshaft with the Center Bolt) or is it Bolted to the Engine Block (Usually 4 Bolts)? Thanks.
