Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): briggs and stratton huskee supreme mower deck, huskee supreme, briggs and stratton

I hope you can help me, I have a briggs and stratton lawn tractor, and I cannot get the blades to engage, I cleaned out mower deck and still wont engage do you have any suggestions?

there could be a couple of things this could be one is the seat switch has to be hooked up check that connection and the other thing is something is wrong with the linkage off of the lever that engages your deck check them things out first then let me know
