Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): throttle linkage, mtd mower, throttle linkage

Hi John,
I just found some of what I've been looking for in your answer to Lance's question, (thanks!) but what I need the most is a manual or a drawing of the throttle linkage for my MTD mower (mod.# 115-325A084, ser.# 1L194K30292), it fell apart as I was taking the carb off and I did not get a good look at it. Also, I need a new primer bulb (I think that's what it's called), but haven't been able to find one online.

Hello David:

The Best Solution is to Purchase a Manual and the Primer Bulb from Outdoor Distributors @ 1-877-707-2787. There are No Online Manuals that Show the Linkage Hook Up. Here is a Brief Explanation on How the Linkage Operates: The Throttle Cable Attaches to the Throttle Control Bracket. The Cable Moves a Slide that Moves a Pivot. The Pivot has the Spring  Attached to it and to the Governor Arm. The Solid Link Connects to the Governor Arm and goes to the Throttle Shaft on the Carburetor.  When the Throttle Cable is Moved it Moves the Pivot and the Pivot Pulls the Spring. The Spring Pulls the Governor Arm and the Governor Arm Moves the Throttle Shaft. Usually the Spring is in the Lower Hole in the Governor Arm and the Solid Link is in the Top Hole of the Governor Arm.
