Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): No brakes on a Noma 4WS, disc brakes, signature series

Question
I have an old Noma Lx1240 signature series 4WS. It has almost no brakes. How do i adjust them or replace them? I cannot seem to find any documentation on this old mower.
Thanks

Answer
Hello Ron:

The Disc Brakes are Located on the Transaxle. Depending on the Model and Manufacturer of the Transaxle Determines the Adjustment. The Most Common Adjustment is a Single Nut in the Center of the Disc Brake Assembly on the Side of the Transaxle. Snug the Adjuster Nut and then Loosen 1/2 Turn. Make Any Minor Adjustments as Required. The Brake Pads May be Worn Out. They are Still Available. Send me the Model Numbers Off the Transaxle, Please. With these I can Locate the Proper Manual and Better Assist you. Hope this Helps. I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Let me Know What Happens, Please. Thanks.

Good Luck
