have to remove air filters & turn off gas & somtimes even use starting fluid to get it started. replaced carb & it still happens FH721V-BS26-R

Your fuel pump may be bad causing the fuel to free flow to the carburetor. If you replaced the carburetor then the float should stop any fuel from free flowing, I would check the pump first then check the float it sounds like it is not shutting off when the bowl is full
