Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Honda Mower crank replacement, honda mower, honda engines

I have a HRR2163TDA GL (Ser.#MZCG7388688) Honda mower/engine. It's almost new but I bent the crankshaft hitting an iron stake.  I have a NEW crankshaft and seals.  How do I set the time, establish crank position, etc. ? OH valves are something new for this old guy.  Is there a resource on line I can go to?  Thanks. Charlie
