Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): 1995 JD 325 fuse blowing, fuse blows, single reason

Question
The 15 amp "A" fuse on the interlock board of my 1995 John Deere 325 with 17hp Kawasaki, blows when the motor is run at full throttle.  Will run at reduced throttle and not blow fuse, with or without deck engaged, but will blow in 10-15 seconds when full throttle even with no accessories turned on (deck or lights). Any suggestions?
Thanks, Karl

Answer
I can't think of a single reason that RPM's would matter.
The only reason the circuit board fuse blows is either you bypassed the seat switch and the jumper is grounding out, or, you need a new circuit board/switch.  This problem is common enought hat we stock 4 switch assemblies.
