If you can please tell me what the oil mix on a 40hp 2cyl.
I just bought A pontoon boat with a 68 eng in it and dont know nothin.
Plese help

The oil mix when it was new is not the issue.  You need the mix for todays modern oils.

Go to your locale Power Equipment dealer and purchase a product called Opti-2.  This is a synthetic modern smokless oil.  It is rated for all 2-stroke engines that turn less than 10,000RPM's.

The original mix would have been 20-1
