Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Huskee 20 HP belt, weed eater, question pool

Evening, the belt has come off the front pulley on my huskee have changed many belts in the past (weed eater JD etc) but this one has me stumped. The L & R pulleys have a housing that screws on from the underside how in the world do I get the belt back on the front pulley?
