Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): 25 hp intec motor, oil viscosity, lean air

I have a B.S. model 445777 type 0154-E1 motor and it will die when it gets hot  checked fuel cap ,it's okay intec o/v motor please advise

Problem: Engine overheats.
Possible causes:

Magneto is not timed properly.
Carburetor set too lean.
Air intake or cooling fins are clogged.
Shroud or blower housing missing.
Excessive load.
Insufficient or excessive oil.
Improper oil viscosity (4 stroke) or mixture (2 stroke)
Valve clearance is too small.
Excessive carbon buildup in combustion chamber.
