How do I adjust the internal belt timing on a honda 5.5 hp small engine

I Never Did Much Internal Work on the Honda Engines. They were Not that Popular. I Suggest you Purchase the Service Manual for the Honda Engines and Use it as a Guide or Ask One of the Other Experts here. I will Talk to the Honda Mechanic in the Shop Tomorrow and Get the Information if I can. Thanks.
