Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): B&S 190432, Type 1535, 81072012, logsplitter, starter cord

Used on homemade LogSplitter. Won't start. No Spark. I think I need to pull the flywheel and work on the points and condenser. How do I get the Starter Cord Clutch off to remove the flywheel. Any help would be appreciated...

Does this engine have the original pull start cover? What you need to do is remove the pull start cover then remove the engine housing. Next you will need to check the magneto as this engine does not have points if you e-mail me at gb@gbelect.net I can send you a complete diagram of what you need to look at/
