Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Toro Proline 36 shuts down after running, vapor lock fuel pump, low oil pressure

Question
I have a Toro Proline 36 inch. The engine is 15 hp Kohler engine. Model 30529. I have changed the Oil Filter, Replaced the Oil, Replaced the gas filter, Changed the blades to balance. Replaced the Air Element & Filter and Changed the spark plug with the correct gap. The float has no water in it and it flaps open easy. I checked all loose wire connects and the problem still happens. The engine shuts down after 5 - 10 minutes getting hot,it does not vibrate,  While running, if the remove the clutch blade and slip it to neutral it picks back up again. I have tested the gas cap and tried cracking it open before it sut down and it did not work if there was a vacuum issue. It does not sputter to shut down. I am perplexed.
