Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Riding lawnmower, briggs stratton, stock parts

Question
I have a Murray, riding lawnmower, model 425014x92B, with a Briggs & Stratton motor.  My lawnmower has been having problems starting, I would recharge the battery and after 24 hours it would usually start.  The last time I tried it would not start, even after charging the battery, so I purchased a new battery.  Still would not start.  I had the battery tested and it is a good battery.  When I turn the key nothing! Thank you for your advice.  It is hard to get lm into shop and once I do it takes at least 3 weeks to be serviced.

if you were closer we would fix it we have a 3 day fix policy for equipment in stock parts.
Sounds like your starter is bad that would cause that problem, because the winding in the starter are starting to short out and not letting the starter engage. Have the starter tested. You can remove it your self
