Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): craftsman 4 cycle trimmer, string trimmer, model numbers

i have a craftsman 4 cycle string trimmer with b/s model 21032 engine. how do you remove the clutch to get to the rope start pulley. It is very hard to pull and the engine appears to be good.
