I changed the spark plug, drained the old gas replaced with new, changed the fuel filter, and it starts great!. Problem is that it idles fine but when u give it gas she dies. I can run it half throttle but thats no good. And Ideas??? Thank You dave gale

Answer
Do you see an adjustments on the carburetor?  Most carbs are fixed but some of the older carbs are adjustable.

I suspect the high speed circuit on the carb is not working due to debri or clogged from the stale gas?

Have you removed, dis-assembled and cleaned the carb with compressed air from an air compressor and carburetor cleaner?

Let me know.
