Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Ryobi 280r leaf blower, lowe s, leaf blower

Do blowers in general have shear keys? The problem I have is it will not start. I have spark. Spark plug is wet, so I guess it ok with the gas. Walbro carb. Had it apart Membrane looks good. Nothing seems to be wrong with it. Any suggestions? Thank You

If you brought this trimmer to me at my shop I would instantly point you to the "big green box" in our lot. The "big green box" is the dumpster.  Ryobi is a secret code word for junk.  

Throw it away and buy a real trimmer.

I can buy a "new" Ryobi trimmer for 49.99, everyday in Kansas city. A good trimmer will cost 200.00 and you can't buy it at Lowe's or Depot.  You have to go to a dealer

I had trimmer on the brain last night.  I meant to say blowers every place I said trimmers.  Pricing is the same
