Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Murray not starting, starter solenoid, ohv engine

I have a Murray model #38701c 12hp 38in cut.  I tried to start the tractor it sounded as if it was going to turn over, but did not.  Now it just clicks when I try to start it.  I replaced the battery and nothing.

Send me the Model Numbers Off the Engine, Please. With these I can Locate the Proper Manual and Better Assist you. From your Description, it Sounds like a Bad Starter Solenoid, Bad Starter or if this is an OHV Engine, the Valves May Require Adjusting. Hope this Helps. I am here if you Require more Assistance.
