Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): leakdown tester, flywheel, small engines

hello john i bought leakdown tester at jack small engines kohler leakdown tester.My question is it didn't have instructions so i was wondering what is the best way to find tdc.Also how much air to put in cylinder,also do you have to hold the flywheel when you do this test. I tried using on old mower fixing to throw away and i put 50psi in cylinder and didn't hold flywheel and it didn't seem like it turned any. Any instructions would make my day. Thanks

Hi Andy:

Nice to Hear from you again. I have a Bracket that I Fabricated to Hold the Flywheel. Line up the Magnets on the Flywheel with the Coil and Lock the Flywheel. Then Pressurize the Cylinder.
