Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): sears mower repair, crank shaft, mower blade

I hit a stump with my sears mower, and the two pins that hold the mower blade in position are sheared.  What's the name for this part, and is it replacable?

The part is called a blade hub and it is replaceble, about 15.00.

Before you buy the part run a little test.  Pull the wire off of the plug. Tip the mower on it's side.  Have a helper pull the rope.  Look at the bolt in the very center of the blade. Does it run true or does it run out of round.  If it runs out of round, I'm betting it does, you have a bent crank shaft. Don't buy the hub. Pitch the mower. It won't be worth fixing.
