whats up paul my brother took a stihl fs36 weedeater apart to check flywheel key why i don't know he wasn't getting gas to primer bulb he cleaned fitting where fuel line goes and it run one time and know don't he put carb kit it is walbro wt160b and he decided to check flywheel key he took apart from pole and he put back together and the cord won't crank any ideas what he did wrong

One thing I know for sure. You have to take the wrenches away from your brother.  I know, you love him and all that garbage, but it's time for an intervention.  You are right. Flywheel keys have nothing to do with the primer bulb.  The reason it won't pull is a question I can't answer. I don't know what your bro screwed up.  Take it apart yourself and look for his screw up.
