where is the starter motor located on the engine.how to replace it.

The Simplest Way to Explain is this. Follow the Positive Battery Wire to the Solenoid. Then Follow the Starter Wire to the Starter. The Starter Wire on the Solenoid is a Large Wire like the Battery Wire. You can View a Breakdown/IPL of the Engine at this Site Addy, http://www.outdoordistributors.com/ and Select the B. Then Select Briggs and Stratton. Then Select Don't have Part Numbers. Then Select the File #42.  Then Select the Folder #42E700. Hope this Helps. I am Here if You Require More Assistance.
