Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Honda GX31 on the FG100A tiller, honda gx31, spark arrestor

Question
After 4 average seasons, I cannot get the power we did have.
I cleaned the spark arrestor, fuel filter and air filter and adjusted the throttle cable. Also add BG cleaner to gas and ran thru a tankfull. Do I get the parts and tear the carb down and rebuild or will the diaphram and parts remove without tearing them up. Engine is GX31 GCAG 1268859. Thanks

If you remove a carb do not use any of the old parts it is not worth the time or the money,if one is bad you are stuck again with the same problem. Then you would have to remove all again and this time may be damage a diaphragm or gasket.
