Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Ingersol Model 1212G Tractor, briggs straton, starter solenoid

QUESTION: I have a Model 1212G tractor..and cant start , engine wont turn. Is there a place I can get a wiring diagram. I checked the seat switch and clutch brake pedal switch and they seem to be in order.

There are two wires going to the starter...which seem to be replaced....or broken.

I am trying to get the wiring diagram to see if there are any other things that would cause no power and the engine not to turn over.

Did you Check the Starter Solenoid? Case (Ingersoll) Doesn't Offer a Breakdown/IPL for Online Viewing. You can Purchase an Illustrated Parts Manual or Any Other Manual you Require from this Site Addy, http://store.casegardentractors.com/index.html. Select the Books Manual Tab on the Left. QUESTION: There are two wires that go to the 12hp Briggs Straton motor starter /engine from the dash panel or solenoid ( black and red) they were disconnected and I am trying to see how they will connect.
Also can you by pass the solenoid like on an auto to see if it is bad?

You can Jumper the Solenoid Just like an Automobile Solenoid. The Solenoid is Just Like the Old Ford Solenoids that were Mounted on the Fender.
