Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Starter Recoil Jam, engine didn, engine assembly

I have a new Poulan Pro 25cc high output engine trimmer. I have used it about five times. However the starter coil is jammed and it won't recoil. Can you send me any diagrams or instructions on how to repair it myself?

The serial number is 06024N401081-1

Hello Kevin:

This is Unusual. Are you Sure the Engine Didn't Lock Up? If the Engine Isn't Locked Up, then Go to this Site Addy, http://www.poulanpro.com/poulanpro/indexAction.do and Select the Order Parts and Accessories. Then Select the OEM (Poulan/Weedeater) and Enter the Model Numbers (PP025) and Click Go. Then Select View Illustrated Parts List. Then Double Click on the Model in the Results Area.
