Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): gasoline getting in oil, vital steps, fuel line

Question
Gasoline is getting to the oil of my Kawasaki FH721V while it is running.  I have replaced the fuel pump, the carburetor needle and float but have not solved the problem.  This engine  has only 75 hours on it.

Answer
The only way fuel can get into the oil is through the carb.
My guess is you skipped some vital steps when you rebuilt the carb. I learned this lesson the hard way a long time ago after many comebacks in my shop.
You MUST remove and clean the tank and replace the fuel line and filter. Apparently what ever was causing the problem originally is still there.
Clean the carb again, clean the tank and replace the lines. You must be "white glove" clean when doing this job. Another hint, crank the engine until fuel flows out of fuel line before attaching to the carb. Install the line while the fuel is flowing to purge any debris out of the lines.
