Answer
 Hello Allen:

Remove the Muffler and Check the Exhaust Port and Muffler for Carbon Blockage. Inspect the Spark Arrestor Screen in the Muffler Also. If these are Clear, then Check for Fire at the Plug. If there is Fire, then Remove, Disassemble and Soak the Carburetor Overnight in Carburetor Cleaner (I use Gunk). Then Blow Out the Passages with Compressed Air and Install New Kit. Send me the OEM of the Carburetor and I May be Able to Locate a Breakdown/IPL of the Carburetor for you to View Online. If No Fire, Then Remove the Shut Off Wire from the Coil and Check for Fire. If Still No Fire, then the Coil is Bad. If the Engine Runs and Then has No Fire, then the Coil is Bad. Hope this Helps. I am here if you Require more Assistance. Let me know what Happens, Please. Thanks.

 Good Luck

 Respectfully
