Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): starter pulley or rewind pulley, lawn boy parts, questioners

Dear Sir-I have a 1983 lawn boy 8270 model serial number b08905----the starter pulley is a plastic one piece unit which has a triple spiral roughly 1 and 1/2 inches tall sticking out from the center of the pulley--it is cracked -i have searched hours on the net to no avail--please help-i dont know if this is an f 141 motor----help-thank you

 The Engine is an F141. I haven't Looked for Lawn Boy Parts in about 4 Years, but I know that the F141 Parts were Getting Hard to Locate.
