Answer
 Hello Abdel:

Is the Engine Overfilled with Oil? Does the Engine Oil have a Gas Smell? If Yes, then Remove, Disassembel and Soak the Carburetor Overnight in Carburetor Cleaning Solution. Then Blow Out the Passages with Compressed Air. Install New Kit. You can View a Breakdown/IPL of the Engine and Carburetor at this Addy http://shop.briggsandstratton.com/BShopProductListingPage.asp?rsvp=0&PARENTID=0&... and Enter the Model Numbers 313777 and the Toye Numbers 0134 and Click Search. Then Select View PDF. This will DOwnload a Breakdown/IPL for you to View Online. Once you have the Caruretor Rebuilt; Install a Manual Cut Off in the Gas Line to the Carburetor and Turn Off the Gas Flow to the Carburetor when the Engine is Not in Use. If the Oil Level is Good and No Gas Smell, then Clean or Replace the Crankcase Vent/Breather. Hope this Helps. I am here if you Require more Assistance. Thanks.

 Good Luck
