Answer
 Hello Walt:

The Caps of Which you are Asking About are the Air Mixture Screws. The Caps are on the Carburetor and are Usually Red and Green or Red and Blue or Both are Red. The are Carefukky Popped Off and the High Air Mixture is Turned Counter Clockwise 1/4 Turn. However, Are you Sure the Coil Isnt Causing the Problem? A Bad Coil will Heat Up and Ground, then Cool and Work Until Hot Again. Send me the Model Numbers Off the Saw, Please. With these I can Locate a Breakdown/IPL and Better Assist you. Thanks.

 Good Luck

 Respectfully

 John
